Teachers
Jeremiah 3:15 states, "And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding."
The biblical standard for leadership—whether in the marketplace, ministry, or at home—is remarkably high. God calls leaders to care for His people with deep integrity. As leaders, teachers, pastors, business owners, or parents, our responsibility is to guide those assigned to us by sharing knowledge, understanding, and wisdom. However, before we can lead others, we must first go to God to learn, receive insight, and maintain our own spiritual growth.
